Well, an electronic musician that I like who is in the field of electro and Ebm is the french The Hacker. He is really both dark, electronic, electro and ebm.

Yeah that sounds like 'Dark Electro' to me....kinda twisted electro with a shade of darkness to it.
Not the other stuff so much...sorry.
